Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to align with business goals and objectives.
- Create engaging content tailored to various social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics using analytics tools to guide strategic decisions.
- Engage with followers and build an interactive community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate campaigns across multiple channels and coordinate content curation.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and platforms to optimize performances and effectively reach our target audience.
- Conduct audience research and competitive analysis to refine our approach and increase our market share.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns with a focus on branding and lead generation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, or similar.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to execute innovative campaigns.
- Experience in graphic design or video editing is a plus.
